Life is so precious that you have to love what you do every day. I love photography and creating unique works of art from my photographs.
When I’m not behind the camera, I am promoting an appreciation of the arts and higher education in my community and my state.

I am the lead organizer of Pecha Kucha Night-Lewiston Auburn, part of an international effort to highlight the creativity of communities by bringing together artists, designers, writers, musicians, and poets to share their ideas and inspirations with others in the community.
I serve on the steering committee of College for ME Androscoggin. We are a varied group of business, non-profit and education people who deeply believe that higher education is key to the economic growth of our community and state.
I am a member of the Maine Women’s Network, a wonderful organization helping women in business to build their capacity for networking and supporting each other.
In 2007, I had the incredible honor of being appointed by the governor to the University of Maine System Board of Trustees. This rounds out my passions for art and education as key economic development drivers for Maine.
